Two For Kovalski
Fabiano Kovalski and Martin Zamani built a pot of around 120,000 as they saw the turn on a board of 7?6?10?A?. Kovalski then bet 70,000 from the button and Zamani called in the big blind.
The river was the 9? and Zamani checked to Kovalski, who this time checked back. "Ace," Zamani announced, but Kovalski showed 10?9? for two pair to win the pot.
"That would've been fun," Zamani said after the hand.
A few hands later, Kovalski bet 85,000 on the turn with the board showing 9?Q?9?4? and Chin Wei Lim called in the big blind.
The river was the 3? and Kovalski moved all in. Lim burned through some of his time banks before folding for his last 180,000.
